A startling and often unsettling reality for many is the speed at which AI is evolving. While companies are embracing its capabilities to help speed up everything from the design of products to the manufacturing process, humans and society isn't as ready or willing to accept the changes to come. How can consumers be sure robots or AI can behave morally or make ethical decisions? Ready or not, the consumer experience will soon represent a hybrid of human and machine elements.
