Ideas are great, but how do you efficiently and effectively prioritize, funnel, validate and bring them to life in your innovation pipeline? It’s more than just having the procedures in place; it’s about having the right tools in your toolbox to help innovation actually happen.

In this module on Product Innovation, Mark revels the famous Product Innovation Tactic called Rapid-fire Development, which allowed Kerry Foods to pivot their client (one of the world largest ice cream manufacturers) from ice cream to an entirely new category showcasing the importance of willingness to destroy leading to effective concepts. Mark then explains the idea of the Vision Coalition brought to life by Pfizer and how cross-collaborating through departments was able to lead to one of their most popular items on their shelf. Be curious. Be insatiable. Ask questions. Prototype and bring creative ideas to your clients.
