Method

Instructor: Jeremy Gutsche
The methodology of Adaptive Innovation is the focus of this module. In order to effectively innovate and come up with ideas, you need to methodical, scientific and consistent approach. This module introduces a very specific framework to do so, which includes 5 key steps.

The first step looks at identifying a clear a customer need. The second looks at tactics to become better at brainstorming through 5 key tactics. The third is all about filtering the best ideas. The fourth step looks at rapid prototyping as a way to measure the possbility of your ideas. The final step focuses on testing and optimizing your idea. Jeremy wraps up this module with some additional tactics to ensure you get the most out of your next brainstorming session.
