The third module of Re-Imagining Work Culture looks at the many ways the exmployee experience is changing as a result of the crisis. From onboarding, to employee recognition and perks, employers need to completely re-strategize for these to be effective tools in attracting and retaining employees.

Jaime also considers the vastly different experience different employees are encountering throughout the crisis and how employers must lean in and step up. From working parents to employees caring for sick family members and young professionals sharing a small living space, employers must plan for a wide range of employee needs and proactively combat burnout, stress and fatigue.
