The first module of Re-Imagining Work Culture takes a look at how the "new normal" of working from home was in fact well on its way for employers and employees -- it was simply accelerated because of the pandemic. This module will examine the advantages and disadvantages of a remote workforce, including increased flexibility for employees and the opportunity to access much more diverse talent.

The module wraps up by exploring the possibility of a "hybrid" working model, where employees spend some time working in office and some time working remotely.
