This module around retail authenticity, explores that we know that consumers have a heightened desire to be their most authentic selves, but this is also true of the brands they shop with. Retailers were pivoting both their products and their services to align with the deeper, more holistic needs of today's shoppers. This module explores how retailers can and need to make pivots to their offerings as well as living their brand values - ones that resonate with consumers - every single day.
