The Usability and Accessibility module dives into how a product or service is received, and ultimately used. This is a necessary, yet often overlooked, aspect of convenience. After all, how is a customer supposed to use and eventually love your product or service if they can't easily access and use it?

This raises questions surrounding logistics in shipping and tracking within the eCommerce space, or the necessary features in connected home systems. Essentially, mastering Accessibility and Usability is about improving aspects of your product or service that are already intact, but not necessarily being optimized.
