In this module, we introduce the first 'E' of Trend Hunter's framework on Modern Work Culture: Evolution. The workplace today looks nothing like it did two, five, ten or twenty years ago. From the devices and technology we're using in-office to the roles companies are hiring for and the people filling them, the landscape of today's workplace is almost unrecognizable.

This module dives into key changes including the new generation of employees now entering the workforce. We'll review the effects of artificial intelligence and what that means for hiring, training and the gig economy, which is becoming more and more popular as a solution for tackling the challenges so many companies face. Access to data is also playing a key role for many companies today, but what does that mean for your team specifically? Throughout this module, you'll gain a stronger understanding of the external forces shaping the internal success of organizations all over the globe.
